Active substance: Lorantadine

Pharmacological effects: Lorantadine works by blocking H1 histamine receptors. The drug is characterized by selective antagonism to the peripheral H1 histamine receptors thus it does not affect cholinergic and serotonin receptors. The effect of brand Claritin can be monitored within 1-3 hours after intake, reaches its maximum after 8-12 hours and lasts for 24 hours.

• Burning sensation
• Eye itching
