Active substance: Acetylcysteine

Pharmacological effects: The active ingredient of ACC is Acetylcysteine. ACC exerts mucolytic, expectorant effects. The drug works by decreasing the viscosity of the thick mucous which is produced during different respiratory diseases thus making it easier to remove from the lungs. Acc also possesses antioxidant pneumo-portective properties, supporting the functional activity and morphological integrity of the lung tissue. The drug also affects the synthesis of glutathione making it a valuable factor of chemical detoxification in the organism.

Indications: The preparation is used in treatment of acute and chronic pathological broncho-pulmonary disease that is accompanied by thick mucous formation and decreased expectoration:
