Active Ingredients: Tiotropium bromide

Pharmacological effects:

Generic Spiriva is a m-cholinolytic and bronchodilatory drug. Spiriva has the same affinity to different subtypes of muscarinic receptors from M1 to M5.

The result of inhibition of M3 receptors in the airways is relaxation of smooth muscles of bronchial tubes.
