Active Ingredients: Cinchocaine hydrochloride, fluocortolone hexanoate, fluocortolone pivalate

Therapeutic actions: Ultraproct is a combined preparation which exerts pain relieving and anti-inflammatory effect. Cincohaine, one of the components of Ultraproct, is a potent anesthetic which works by blocking the translation of pain impulses through the nerve fiber.
Fluocorolones on the other hand belong to a group of drugs which work by inhibiting the action of substances that cause inflammation and allowing the blood vessels to constrict to their normal size.

Indications: Ultraproct is used in treatment of the following conditions:

  • Anal itching
  • Hemorrhoids

Contraindications and cautions: The drug should not be used in the following conditions:

  • Hypersensitivity to any components of the preparation
  • Long-term treatment without results not more then 7 days
  • Infection of the site where the medication is applied
  • Pregnancy or lactation period
  • Viral, Fungal or bacterial infections in the are of treatment.
