AGE: You must be above the age limit to be allowed to buy drugs from our web site.

DELIVERY: All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours from the purchase date.

PROHIBITED: The drugs products sold on this site are intended only for personal use and not for resale. The resale of any drugs purchased from www.RxPharmacy.MD is prohibited by law.

QUALITY: The quality of our products corresponds to high standards, we cannot be held responsible for variation in quality from the manufactures. All products sold by RxPharmacy.MD are European specification unless otherwise stated.

GUARANTEE: We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. In the case of non receipt and/or damage of the goods RxPharmacy.MD will not authorize any refunds until a full investigation has taken place. We are unable to complete these actions until a period of 30 days has passed due to the post offices tracking procedure. All orders should also be insured by your credit card provider.

CHARGEBACK POLICY: Taking into account the fact that our drugs are shipped from Europe, we would like to warn you about possible delays. We kindly ask you to get in touch with us immediately whatever problems might occur and not to cancel transactions by filing disputes with your credit card company. If there is any kind of problem we will always seek a solution resulting in either a refund or a replacement of your order. It's worth mentioning that such unjustified measures force us to refuse future purchases from customers attempting or threatening to do so. If you place an order in our store you agree on our established policy and rules and should you have any troubles you are obliged to inform us primarily. Otherwise, disputes will be contested.
