Drug name: Brand Prostamol

Active substance: Extract of Sabalis serrulatae

Pharmacological effects: The preparation exerts Antiandrogen, angioprotective, antidisuretic, antiexudative, antiinflammatory, decreases the permiability of capillary walls. The preparation decreases tissue swelling of the prostate gland and promotes urination as well as decreases the frequency of urges to urinate. The preparation releives the symptoms of the hyperplasia without affecting its size.

Indications: Prostamol is prescribed in treatment of I and II stage benign prostate hyperplasia which includes such symptoms as urinating difficulty.

Warnings and Precautions: The drugs should not be used in the following conditions:

• Hypersensitivity to any components of the preparations.

• Nausea
• Abdominal pain
• Allergic reactions
