Drug name: Zineryt

Active substance: erythromycin + zinc acetate, basic

Pharmacological effects:

Zineryt contains two active ingredients zinc acetate and  erythromycin. Erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic that exerts bacteriostatic action againts bacteria that cause acne:  Propionibacterium acnes и Staphylococcus epidermidis. Zinc acetate works by lowering the production of the oil glands secret and exerts astringent effect.

Indications: Zineryt is approved to treatment of different types of acne

Warnings and Precautions: Zineryt should not be used in the following conditions:

• Hypersensitivity to any components of the preparations.
• Severe skin irritation without consulting your doctor

Zineryt side effects: Drugs may cause side effects which in specific patients may manifest differently.
